Summary of the Role:
We are looking for outstanding speech-language pathologists to join our pediatric-focused private practices in both Vernon, B.C. And Kelowna B.C.. We provide exceptional mentorship and training for a new grad.
Our team are employees, rather than independent sub-contractors as is the case in many private practices. This provides all the benefits of working in private practice (stable & consistent work, flexibility, manageable caseload, excellent pay) with added benefits (sick pay, vacation pay, EI eligibility, all materials and administration provided to you).
Each of our therapists’ schedules looks a bit different based on their preference, but our clinic hours are generally 9:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday. Most sessions take place in the clinic, but service delivery may also daycare/school visits and teletherapy (always at the clinician’s descretion).
