Summary of the Role:

SoundPlay Hearing Speech and Language is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication disorders. Services are provided in a variety of settings, including school or home visits, in clinic, and some on-line. You will develop treatment plans, work with clients to improve skills, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. A flexible, curious, and diversity-affirming mindset is required for this position. Ideally, we would love to find someone who is looking for 2-3 days per week, but for the right person, we are willing to be very flexible and to find more work if you are looking for full-time.

As a SoundPlay team member, you have autonomy to schedule your days and times of work, how you wish to schedule your clients, and the type of clients you choose to work with. Collegial support and supervision are encouraged within our practice. The successful candidate will have the power to choose their caseload, determine their work style, and to be as busy as they wish. Many of our clients are neuro-divergent, so interest in this area is important.
