Summary of the Role:
- Perform comprehensive audiological assessments for infants, children, and adults
- Select and administer appropriate test protocols, including detailed case history
- Analyze and interpret pediatric and adult audiological test results
- Communicate results, implications, and rehabilitation options clearly and compassionately
- Select, fit, and verify hearing aids using real-ear measurements
- Prepare detailed clinical reports for referring physicians and other professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and external service providers
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of audiological equipment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within an integrated patient management system
