Summary of the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments
- Fit, dispense, and fine-tune hearing aids from a variety of manufacturers using best practices (e.g., REMs)
- Fit and dispense hearing protection
- Provide patient-centered counselling and education
- Perform tinnitus consultations
- Perform cerumen removal
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in clinical discussions and help foster a supportive, ethical team culture
- Abide by all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
