Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

The Quesnel & District Child Development Centre is a not-for-profit registered charity that is responsible for providing a wide range of services for children and youth who require extra support and their families. The Speech-Language Pathologist in this unique position is responsible for all aspects of service delivery for children 0-5 who are of Indigenous ancestry either living in the city or in a rural community. The job involves working in community-based settings with a dynamic team of families, childcare providers, and allied professionals dedicated to providing the highest standard of integrated family-centered care and cultural safety. The successful candidate will be expected to work in close collaboration with local agencies that support Indigenous children, with the Health Centres of the 4 Indigenous Nations that live within the district, as well as function as a member of the Early Intervention team at the Q&DCDC.
